Stephen Lacatena is a passionate Special Education Teacher with 19 years of empowering diverse learners in the classroom. He is certified in Teacher of the Handicapped (K–12) and School Leadership (Principal/Supervisor). He believes in the power of humor to connect with students, build trust, and create a positive learning environment where every student feels seen, valued, and capable. He is committed to an inclusive education, student growth, and building supportive learning communities.
Loren Schaller is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst in New Jersey and New York, with over 12 years of experience supporting children with disabilities in schools, homes, and communities. She holds master’s degrees in Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology and Educational Leadership and is a certified School Psychologist and doctoral candidate in Special Education. Loren has worked in public and private schools and private practice, providing clinical supervision and leadership.
Mati Miano Registered Behavior Technician | Autism Education Specialist With over 25 years of experience as a lead teacher in autism classrooms, Matilde Miano is a seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) dedicated to supporting students with autism through evidence-based practices. Her background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is complemented by expertise in classroom management, curriculum development, assessment, data collection, and individualized programming.
Brian Cevallos has been a behavior technician for seven years. He has experience working with children with special needs ranging in age from 3 to 21. In addition, he holds a Master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology and works full-time as a school psychologist. His background allows him to approach each child’s needs with both clinical insight and practical behavioral support.
Gianna Maresca is a compassionate behavior technician with experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of BCBAs, she implements personalized ABA treatment plans to encourage skill building according to each individual’s needs. She works closely with clients and families to promote meaningful progress through careful adjustment, observance, patience, and understanding.
Helen Silberman is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst in New Jersey, with over 10 years of experience supporting children with special needs, including autism. She has worked across early intervention, schools, clinics, and adult day programs. Passionate about individualized care, Helen brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to every setting. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
